Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a comprehensive five-fold detoxification therapy to remove toxins and restore balance to the body, mind, and consciousness.

About Panchakarma
Panchakarma is considered the ultimate mind-body healing experience for detoxifying the body, strengthening the immune system, and restoring balance and wellbeing. The Sanskrit word 'Panchakarma' is derived from 'Pancha' meaning 'five' and 'Karma' meaning 'actions', referring to the five principal procedures used for cleansing the body.
This comprehensive detoxification program removes accumulated toxins (Ama) from all tissues and channels of the body. According to Ayurveda, these toxins are the root cause of disease. By eliminating them and restoring balance to the doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha), Panchakarma creates an opportunity for radical healing and rejuvenation.
